In response to projected workforce shortages in the advanced manufacturing industry, the Workforce Network convened the Advanced Manufacturing Career Pathway Partnership team in 2009 to meet the needs of employers and employees in the industry.

Developed competency model and finalized top in-demand occupations through employer interviews and labor market data.
