As a broad regional partnership of philanthropy, government, employers, education, and community organizations, the Workforce Network will grow the skills of our workforce by: 

1. Bringing together all of the key stakeholders in the workforce system to better align resources and strategies; 

2. Closing skills gaps in three priority industries by developing career pathways that provide education and training programs to help workers advance in their careers and fill occupational shortages; 

3. Improving and coordinating support services that help disadvantaged workers succeed in the labor market; and

4. Advancing critical policy interventions that reduce barriers to employment and advancement.
