Ross Meyer
Executive Director

As Executive Director, Mr. Meyer is responsible for all operations of the Greater Cincinnati Workforce Network.  Prior to his current position, he served as a consultant with the United Way of Greater Cincinnati.  A native of Cincinnati, Mr. Meyer spent two years in New York City where he worked in Mayor Bloomberg’s Office conducting policy analysis and research for the Deputy Mayor for Economic Development and Rebuilding. He also helped develop New York City’s Office of Financial Empowerment, worked for Enterprise Community Partners on green building initiatives and affordable housing finance, and consulted for the City of Miami’s Department of Economic Development to create a Workforce Housing Fund.  Before moving to New York, Mr. Meyer was deeply involved with various human service and community development organizations in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine community for over eight years. Mr. Meyer earned his Bachelor’s degree from Miami University of Ohio, and his Master of Public Administration degree from New York University.

Barbara Endel, PhD
Career Pathways Coach

As Career Pathways Coach, Dr. Endel provides intensive technical assistance and capacity building services for the career pathways initiatives. She is an independent consultant specializing in Community College and Adult Workforce Education policy and practice. Dr. Endel brings extensive local and national experience in career pathways, including prior work with Ohio Skills Bank, the Workforce Strategy Center, and the KnowledgeWorks Foundation. She earned her Bachelor's degree from The College of Wooster (OH) and also a Master's and Doctorate from The University of Iowa.

Bill Lecher
Executive Director, Health Careers Collaborative of Greater Cincinnati

As Executive Director of the Health Careers Collaborative of Greater Cincinnati, Mr. Lecher provides leadership and support for the collaborative's health care career pathways. Mr. Lecher, RN, MS, MBA, NE-BC, is a clinical and operations manager with over twenty years of health care experience encompassing pediatric and adult hospital and homecare settings.  Currently, he is also a Senior Clinical Director at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center where he has hospital-wide staffing responsibilities for over 350 employees and $12M operational budget responsibility. Mr. Lecher earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin, as well as his Master's of Business Administration and Master's of Nursing Administraion from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Elijah Rudolph
Director, Advanced Manufacturing Career Pathways

As Director of Advanced Manufacturing Career Pathways, Mr. Rudolph coordinates efforts to develop an advanced manufacturing career pathway in the region. He recently retired from a 34-year career at the Ford Motor Company, where he started as a production line worker and advanced to senior positions managing plant operations in Michigan and Ohio. Most recently, Mr. Rudolph served as Area Manager for the Transmission Division at plants in Sharonville, OH, Livonia, MI, and Van Dyke, MI, where he managed daily operations in machining and assembly and directed teams of 35-65 salaried and 400-750 hourly employees with annual budgets ranging from $30M -$142M. A native of Cincinnati, he earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati.


Janice Urbanik
Director, Construction Career Pathways

As Director of Construction Career Pathways, Ms. Urbanik coordinates efforts to develop a construction career pathway in the region. A mechanical engineer by training, she spent 18 years at Procter & Gamble in the Baby Care and Health Care divisions. In 2001, Ms. Urbanik left P&G to follow her passion in workforce development and construction as a consultant with the Women's Research and Development Center, Global Lead Management Consulting, and Construction Process Solutions. At Construction Process Solutions, Ms. Urbanik assisted with dispute and claim resolution and creating a new corporate division providing management consulting to construction companies. In addition, she was instrumental in all aspects of bringing the Rosie’s Girls program to Cincinnati to expose girls to careers in construction. Ms. Urbanik earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
